My current research topics are
robust textured objects recognition based on local invariants, kernel
learning methods. The aim is to develop effective methods
to recognize natural texture images with respect to the
significant change of viewpoints and illuminations.
I am working with Cordelia
Schmid and Bill
Triggs. Currently, I am a member of
a joint National Project MoViStaR (ACI
"Masse de Données").

indexing and retrieval, object detection and tracking, and other
computer vision applications.
Currently, I serve as a regular
reviewer of Image and Vision Computing, IEEE Trans. On Image Processing
